On February 4th, 1999, Amadou Diallo

On February 4th, 1999, Amadou Diallo, an unarmed 23-year-old Guinean immigrant was shot 41 TIMES by American police officers for bringing his wallet out to identify himself, as he couldn't speak English. 

All 4 cops who shot him dead were found not guilty.
